Our channel is about using the healing properties of natural foods, and making cooking at home simple and appealing. I teach how to use spices and herbs to make foods that nourish your body mind and soul.

Anti-inflammatory Spinach Lentils | Dal Curry Recipe
Spinach and lentils are both nutrient-dense foods that offer numerous health benefits. When combined, they provide a powerhouse of nutrition. This recipe is high in plant based protein, iron and it's packed with fiber, vitamins and minerals. While Spinach is rich in vitamins A, C, and K, as well as folate and magnesium, lentils provide essential nutrients such as B vitamins (particularly B6 and folate), potassium, and zinc. This wholesome anti-inflammatory dal is easy to make and it is beneficial for heart health, improved digestion, blood sugar control bone health.

My problem is finding a dry grinder, in Europe all blenders don't have that type of dry grinders. Pla help with advice, tks
Any food processor or electric coffee grinder , or even a juicer would do. Just that you have to make sure its clean before you juice anything in it again :) . I hope it helps. I used to use blenders from braun, ninja and vitamix during my time in europe. Vitamix was expensive but it did almost everything you could ask for , except cleaning the mess.

I don't soak them for several hours because they start to smell and I have observed that soaking them for too long makes it harder to cook and Food choices and their reactions vary from person to person, there cannot be a generalized answer to that.

After hearing a lot about Chia seeds, I started eating 25 grams of it every day. I started developing constipation; blood started to come along with stools. There were no other changes in my diet. So, it is not good for everyone.

I've always had trouble cooking okra properly. So for years I just avoided getting okra from the produce section, to just gettng frozen okra. I had a bad experience cooking a pot full of okra only for it to come out very slimy which ruin the rest of the dish. Thank you for showing me a better way to cook this vegetable. 😃

That depends on where you are situated , but these days online retailers have them all. Other than that an Indian or asian grocery store have them.

Tamarind and curry leaves are available in a lot of supermarkets in the UK, especially the larger ones like Tesco Extra. I also recommend finding your nearest Asian grocer. I live in a small town, and my nearest Asian grocer's shop is walking distance away, they have pretty much, EVERYTHING you could possibly need, plus you are supporting local small businesses. Another alternative is to buy hard to source ingredients online.
Wear latex gloves, set down 2-3 rows of paper towels (over a chopping), get everything ready and to hand because you can't tough anything until you take off a glove. On that note, have a spare glove at your workspace just in case.
